Overlooking an outstandingly beautiful part of the Cornish coastline, featuring panoramic vistas out to sea and across the countryside, these luxury residences in Rock and Polzeath had recently undergone complete redesigns, inside and out – with white walls and floors, beautiful glass balconies and architectural terraces, plus sumptuous fabrics and bespoke furniture throughout.

After refurbishment, Art Eye worked closely with the owners to shortlist new art and bring it to the space for private viewing. Original paintings by some of the region’s most talented artists were added to the scheme, private art collections were re-hung, and Art Eye was invited to curate sculptural artworks for the outdoor areas. 

These were highly creative projects with our wonderful clients, who even commissioned first editions in bronze, in order to develop the collection and compliment the unique architectural features.
